Questions, answered plainly

The things people actually ask us in first consultations, with the same answers we give in person.

We are a consultancy that helps Indian travellers and students with overseas plans. Our work covers study visas, work visas, permanent residency applications, visitor and tourist visas, air ticketing, document preparation, interview coaching, and education loan guidance. Everything we do is advisory and support. The final decision on any visa rests with the embassy or immigration authority of that country.

No, and you should be cautious of any consultant who promises that. A visa decision belongs entirely to the visa officer or the immigration authority, and no agent or consultancy can influence or guarantee the outcome. What we can do is make sure your file is complete, honest, and presented as strongly as the rules allow.

The first consultation is free. You can call us, send a message, or fill in the contact form with your basic details and the country or service you are interested in. We will review your profile and give you a realistic assessment of your options, including the parts that may need work.

Most study visa files need a valid passport, academic marksheets and degree certificates, an IELTS, PTE, or TOEFL score where required, proof of funds such as bank statements or an education loan sanction letter, the university offer letter, and a statement of purpose. Some countries ask for a medical examination or a police clearance certificate as well. The exact list depends on the country, and we will give you a personalised checklist after the first consultation.

It varies a lot by country and season. Canada student permits often take four to eight weeks. Australia and the UK usually take three to six weeks during normal periods. Germany can take longer because of the APS and embassy appointment queues. We keep track of current timelines and will tell you what to expect for your case before you begin.

Yes, a refusal is not the end of the road in most cases. We first study the refusal letter to understand what the officer found weak, which is usually the financial proof, the purpose statement, or weak ties to India. Then we rebuild the file around that gap. Many of our clients come to us after one refusal and get approved on the next attempt.

For Canada's Express Entry, a strong profile can receive an invitation within a few months, and the application after that usually takes around six months. Australia's skilled visa process has similar timelines but depends on occupation ceilings and state nominations. Document preparation, skills assessment, and language tests all add time before you even submit, so planning a year ahead is sensible.

Yes. We assist with work visa documentation for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, including attestation of educational certificates, medical requirements, and the paperwork your employer or sponsor asks for. We work alongside your job offer, so you should have an employer before we begin the visa file.

Both are fine, and we will tell you honestly when the airline's own site has the better fare. The value we add is finding routings and fare combinations that are hard to spot on public sites, advising on baggage allowances for student and migrant tickets, and helping with date changes later. Our ticketing service costs nothing extra beyond the fare in most cases.

Yes. Once the visa comes through, we help with pre-departure preparation: what to carry, foreign exchange basics, accommodation pointers, and the documents to keep handy at immigration. If you booked through us, we also stay reachable around your travel date in case of flight changes or delays.

Our fees depend on the service. A free first consultation covers the assessment. Standard student visa guidance usually falls in the range of fifteen thousand to forty thousand rupees depending on the country and complexity, while PR and immigration files are priced higher because of the longer process. Flight booking assistance is generally free of extra charges. We give you a written fee quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises.

Yes. We guide students on loan options from Indian banks and NBFCs, explain margin money, collateral requirements, and interest terms in plain language, and help assemble the documents the bank asks for. The loan decision itself is the bank's, but having the file prepared correctly usually speeds up the sanction.
