Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information. Written in plain language, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Last updated: 27 September 2026. This policy applies to this website operated by Fly Global Consultancy, a sole proprietorship. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use this website or share your personal data with us.

1. Who we are

Fly Global Consultancy (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a sole proprietorship providing overseas education, immigration and travel advisory services from India. This policy explains how we handle the personal data you share when you use our website, fill in our forms, call us, or message us.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the information we need to advise you properly:

  • Identity and contact details: your name, phone number, email address, city and country you are contacting us from.
  • Profile details for your application: education history, work experience, test scores, financial details and documents you voluntarily share so we can assess eligibility and prepare your file.
  • Travel and visa details: passport information, travel plans, airline preferences and visa history needed for ticketing or application support.
  • Website usage data: pages visited, browser type and approximate location, collected through basic analytics and cookies. See section 7.

We do not knowingly collect personal data of children under 18. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian contact us on your behalf.

3. Why we collect it and how we use it

We use your data for specific, legitimate purposes:

  • To assess your eligibility for study, work, visit or immigration pathways and respond to your inquiries.
  • To prepare and file visa and admission applications on your behalf, where you have asked us to.
  • To compare and book flight itineraries you request through our travel desk.
  • To send you updates about your case, and, only with your consent, newsletters and information about services and deadlines.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as maintaining records required under Indian law.

We process your data on the basis of your consent and, where relevant, for the performance of the services you ask us to provide.

4. How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored on secured systems with access limited to staff who need it for your case. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Sensitive documents are shared with you through secure channels rather than plain email wherever possible.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your information, we will inform you and the relevant authorities as required by the DPDP Act, 2023.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share your data only where necessary to provide the services you requested:

  • Universities, colleges and credential agencies where you apply for admission.
  • Embassies, consulates, immigration authorities and visa application centres where you apply for a visa.
  • Airlines, consolidators and payment gateways where you ask us to book travel.
  • Regulatory or legal authorities where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023

As an individual whose data we hold, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal data of yours we hold and how we use it.
  • Ask for correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Ask for erasure of your data, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations.
  • Withdraw your consent for data processing and for marketing communications at any time.
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the details in section 10. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the timelines required by law.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: strictly necessary cookies that make the site work (for example, remembering that you dismissed the intro animation), and basic analytics cookies that help us understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising trackers. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended.

8. How long we keep your data

We keep client case files for as long as your matter is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle follow-up applications, re-applications and legal record-keeping.

Marketing contact data is kept only while you remain subscribed, and deleted when you unsubscribe. Where you withdraw consent or ask for erasure, we delete your data unless the law requires us to retain specific records.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Significant changes will be brought to your attention where appropriate.
