Service

Documentation & Translation Support

Every certificate, affidavit, and translation in the format the embassy or assessment body demands.

Visa files fail on documents more often than on eligibility. A birth certificate in Telugu or Malayalam without a certified English translation. A marriage affidavit with the wrong format. Degree certificates that need MEA attestation or an apostille, filed in the wrong order. Police clearance applied for after the visa appointment instead of before. These are unglamorous problems, and they decide real outcomes.

We run documentation as a dedicated service, not an afterthought. Our team prepares document checklists specific to your country and category, drafts affidavits and sponsorship declarations in accepted formats, coordinates certified translations of regional language documents, and manages attestation chains: notary, state home department, MEA, and embassy attestation or apostille, in the sequence each authority requires.

This service also supports credential assessments. WES, IQAS, and similar bodies reject applications over sealed transcript errors and mismatched names more than anything else. We prepare the academic document sets for these assessments so they clear on the first submission.

What's included

What we actually do for you

Country specific document checklists

A precise list of what your category needs, in what format, with what validity period, so you collect each document once and correctly instead of discovering gaps at the filing stage.

Certified translation of regional documents

Birth, marriage, and other certificates issued in Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, and other Indian languages are translated into English with translator certification accepted by embassies and assessment bodies.

Affidavits and declarations

We draft sponsorship affidavits, gap year explanations, name discrepancy affidavits, and single status declarations in formats that match what visa officers and universities expect to see.

Attestation and apostille coordination

We manage the full attestation chain for educational and personal documents: notarisation, state attestation, MEA attestation or apostille, and embassy legalisation where the destination requires it.

Credential assessment document sets

For WES, IQAS, CES, and similar bodies, we prepare transcripts, degree certificates, and translations to their exact specifications, including sealed envelope requirements, to avoid rejections and delays.

Name and date consistency audit

We cross check names, dates of birth, and addresses across your passport, certificates, marksheets, and bank documents, and resolve discrepancies with affidavits before they become embassy queries.

Process

How this service works, step by step

  1. Document review

You share what you have. We identify what is missing, what needs translation, what needs attestation, and what has a discrepancy that must be fixed.

  2. Translation and drafting

Regional language documents are translated and certified. Affidavits and declarations are drafted for your review and signature.

  3. Attestation chain

Documents move through notary, state, MEA, and embassy steps in the correct order. We track each stage and keep you updated on timelines.

  4. Final verification

The complete set is audited for consistency: every name spelled the same way, every date matching, every translation attached to its original.

  5. Handover for filing

Documents are organised into the filing order your visa category or assessment body expects, ready for submission with no rework.

FAQ

Common questions

A straightforward MEA apostille on educational documents typically takes one to three weeks once state attestation is done. Embassy legalisation for Gulf countries can take longer. We advise starting attestation early since it cannot be rushed and often sits on the critical path.

Our service charges generally range from Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 15,000 depending on the number of documents, translations needed, and attestation steps. Government attestation fees, notary charges, and courier costs are separate and billed at actuals.

It can be, and it is one of the most common issues we fix. Minor variations are resolved with a name discrepancy affidavit; larger mismatches may need a gazette notification or reissue. We assess your specific case and recommend the right fix.

We handle certified translations for major Indian languages including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, and Punjabi. For less common languages, we arrange translation through verified translators, which may take a little longer.
