Terms & Conditions

The terms under which Fly Global Consultancy provides its website and advisory services. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.

Last updated: 27 September 2026. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“Client”, “you”) and Fly Global Consultancy (“Consultancy”, “we”, “us”). By accessing this website, submitting any form, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

1. Definitions

  • “Services” means the advisory, documentation, application-preparation, interview-coaching, education-loan guidance, pre-departure and travel-assistance services offered by the Consultancy, as described on this website and in the written service proposal issued to you.
  • “Authorities” means any embassy, consulate, high commission, immigration department, border agency, university, college, assessment body, airline or government agency whose decision or process affects your application.
  • “Engagement” means your acceptance of our written service proposal and these Terms.

2. Scope of services — advisory only

Our Services are strictly advisory and facilitative in nature. We guide you on eligibility, documentation, application strategy and process compliance; we prepare, review and organise your submissions; and we coordinate travel bookings on your instructions. We are not a government body, embassy, immigration authority or legal practice, and we do not provide legal representation. Nothing in our Engagement authorises us to influence, expedite or decide the outcome of any application before an Authority.

The specific Services included in your Engagement, and any exclusions, are set out in the written service proposal shared with you before work begins. In case of any inconsistency between this website and your written proposal, the written proposal prevails.

3. No assurance of outcome

All decisions on visas, permits, admissions, scholarships and enrolments rest solely with the relevant Authorities. Fly Global Consultancy makes no guarantee, assurance or representation — express or implied — regarding the approval, grant, refusal or processing time of any application. Any timelines, success references or indicative figures mentioned during counselling are estimates based on past experience and publicly available information, not promises of outcome.

Our professional fees cover services rendered and are not contingent on the outcome of your application. A refusal or delay by an Authority does not entitle you to a refund of fees for work already performed, except as expressly stated in your written proposal.

4. Client obligations

  • Truthful disclosure. You must provide true, complete and up-to-date information and genuine documents. You must disclose any prior visa refusal, deportation, overstay, criminal proceeding or medical condition that an Authority requires to be declared. Concealment or misrepresentation may lead to refusal, bans and legal consequences.
  • Document authenticity. You warrant that every document you share is genuine and unaltered. If we discover forged, fabricated or materially misleading documents, we will immediately withdraw from your Engagement and retain fees for work performed.
  • Timelines. You are responsible for meeting application deadlines, attending biometrics, medical examinations and interviews, and informing us promptly of any change in your circumstances (passport, employment, marital status, funds).
  • Review before signing. You must read every form, declaration and letter before signing it, and raise questions if anything is unclear. Your signature confirms the contents are true to your knowledge.

5. Fees, payments and refunds

Our professional fees are communicated to you in writing before work begins, together with the payment schedule and inclusions/exclusions. Fees become due as per the agreed schedule and are non-refundable once the corresponding Services have been rendered, except where your written proposal states otherwise.

Government, embassy, university, credential-assessment, medical and airline charges are separate from our professional fees. They are payable by you directly or routed through us as disclosed, and are governed entirely by the refund policies of those third parties. We accept no liability for third-party charges you incur.

6. Confidentiality and data protection

We treat your personal information — including identity documents, financial records and application history — as confidential and use it only for delivering the Services you engaged us for. Our collection, use, storage and sharing practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable Indian law. We never sell your personal data.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, guides, images, design, branding and the “Fly Global Consultancy” name — is the property of Fly Global Consultancy or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, redistribution or commercial use without our prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Third-party links and services

This website may link to airline websites, Authority portals, universities and other third parties for your convenience. We do not control, endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, policies, pricing or availability. Your dealings with third parties — including payments and bookings — are governed solely by their terms, and any dispute arising therefrom is between you and that third party.

9. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fly Global Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses — including visa or admission refusals, travel disruptions, loss of opportunity or financial loss — arising from decisions of Authorities, airlines, universities or other third parties, or from your failure to meet obligations under Clause 4.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the professional fees actually paid by you to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, losses and costs arising from information or documents you provided that were false, incomplete or misleading.

10. Term and termination

Either party may terminate the Engagement by written notice. On termination, you remain liable for fees for Services already rendered, and we will hand over your documents and work product prepared up to the date of termination within a reasonable time. Clauses 3, 6, 7 and 9 survive termination.

11. Force majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing the Services where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control — including policy changes by Authorities, embassy closures, natural disasters, pandemics, or disruption of transport or communication networks.

12. Grievance redressal

If you have a complaint about our Services, please write to our Grievance Officer so we can attempt an amicable resolution before any formal proceedings:

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any Engagement under them, are governed by the laws of India. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our principal place of business in India, without prejudice to our right to seek interim relief in any other competent jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with your written service proposal and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fly Global Consultancy regarding the Services, superseding all prior discussions and representations.
