Work Visa
Job offers, permits, and paperwork lined up the way each country's system actually works.
A work visa is really three applications in one: the job or employer sponsorship, the permit itself, and the supporting evidence that ties them together. Employers in Canada need an LMIA or qualify for an exemption. UK employers issue a Certificate of Sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route. Australia runs employer sponsored subclasses like the 482, and the Gulf states issue work permits tied to a specific sponsor and contract. We work across all of these systems and know where Indian applicants usually get stuck.
The sticking points are rarely mysterious. Contracts with mismatched job titles, experience letters that do not describe duties clearly enough, police clearance certificates applied for too late, medicals done at a non panel clinic, or funds that do not meet the maintenance requirement. Our job is to catch these before the file reaches the embassy. We verify your documents against the destination's published requirements, line by line, and tell you plainly when something needs fixing.
Visa decisions are made only by the issuing authority, and approval is never guaranteed by any consultant. Our responsibility is to make sure a refusal never happens because of a preventable error in your file. If you already have a job offer, we move straight to the permit. If you are still looking, we advise on realistic routes and the documentation employers will ask you for.

What's included
What we actually do for you
Route mapping by country
We identify the correct work permit category for your situation: Skilled Worker and Health and Care routes for the UK, LMIA based and Global Talent Stream permits for Canada, employer sponsored visas for Australia, the EU Blue Card for Germany and other EU states, and sponsored work permits across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
Job offer and contract review
Before you sign, we review the offer letter and employment contract against visa requirements: salary thresholds, job title alignment with your occupation code, and contract terms that commonly cause problems at the filing stage.
Employer documentation coordination
We prepare the checklist your employer must complete, sponsorship licences, supporting letters, and company registration evidence, and follow up so the employer's side does not delay your filing.
Police clearance and medical scheduling
We guide you through PCC applications via the Passport Seva system and book medicals only at panel physician clinics approved for your destination, timed so results are valid when your file is submitted.
Complete visa file preparation
Every form, letter, and supporting document is compiled, cross checked for consistency in dates, names, and job titles, and filed according to the current procedure for that country and category.
Post approval travel planning
Once the visa is granted, we brief you on entry requirements, documents to carry, initial accommodation, and the formalities to complete after arrival, such as residence permits or national insurance registration.

FAQ
Common questions
It varies widely. UK Skilled Worker decisions often come in three to eight weeks after biometrics. Canadian employer specific permits can take two to four months. Gulf work permits tied to an employer are usually faster, often four to eight weeks once the labour approval is issued. Employer side delays are the most common cause of slippage.
Our service fees typically range from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 60,000 depending on the country and complexity. Government fees, medicals, PCC charges, and attestation costs are separate. We give you a written fee breakup before you commit to anything.
Most work visa categories require a job offer or employer sponsorship. A few routes, such as certain job seeker visas and points based independent categories, do not. During your consultation we will tell you honestly which routes are open to you without an offer.
We analyse the refusal letter, fix the specific weakness, whether it is documentation, employer paperwork, or eligibility, and advise on reapplication timelines. Some refusals carry cooling periods, and we will not file again until the underlying issue is resolved.
